WARRANTY POLICY


Inspection of goods upon receipt

Educraft.in ensure good standard packaging to avoid damage in transit wherever possible.  Regardless how good the products are packed the damage of goods occur occassionally.  Our policy is to minimise the loss to our customers.  Please follow the instruction while you receive your order.

 

Carton inspection upon delivery

If damage is visible or you notice any sign of  possible damage (i.e. crushed corners, dented/torn carton etc.) notify delivery man and ask to document it.

Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect concealed damage.

 

Report all damages to www.educraft.in by email to mail@educraft.in; Make sure the following details in communication :

Invoice / Order No.

Name of purchaser

Date of delivery

Item(s) damaged

Description of damage

Contact email and telephone number

 

No claim will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of product; educraft.in will notify you as soon as possible.
