Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to develop and enhance e-learning content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, e-learning development tools, and a keen eye for detail to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive e-learning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
- Design visually appealing and instructionally sound content.
- Ensure courses meet SCORM/xAPI and WCAG compliance standards.
- Work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to refine content.
- Review and improve existing e-learning materials for clarity and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-learning content development.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Strong graphic design skills and experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with gamification, microlearning, and adaptive learning.
- Familiarity with AI-driven learning technologies.
