Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to develop and enhance e-learning content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design principles, e-learning development tools, and a keen eye for detail to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop instructional materials for e-learning courses.
- Review and enhance course content for accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with SCORM/xAPI, WCAG, and best practices.
- Collaborate with designers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to refine course materials.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred:
- Experience with gamification, microlearning, and adaptive learning.
- Familiarity with AI-driven learning technologies.
